Skill ladder

Five rungs, one skill at a time. Every rung is a plan you do together. When they can show it without help, sign their field card.

The ladder isn't a test or a badge program, and we're not affiliated with any scouting organization. It's an order that works: each skill makes the next one easier. Start on whichever rung fits, skip around, and come back to the ones that didn't stick.
